Meet the Board

Board of Directors - the governing body of the bank

Bank Directors play a very important role in banking. They are responsible for establishing the risk appetite of the bank and for making sure safeguards are in place and being followed by management. Since 1912, the bank's board has met at least monthly to aid management with the direction and guidance needed to provide the area with a quality community bank.

Today, the board consists of the following members, selected by the stockholders of The Farmers and Merchants Bank. Pictured left to right back row: Robert M. Parks, John H.
